Dr. Jose M. Delgado is an experienced cardiologist and internist based in Mexicali, Mexico at Family Hospital. Dr. Delgado attended the Faculty of Medicine at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM) and graduated as a surgeon. In addition, he is a professor of Cardiology and internal medicine in the Faculty of Medicine at the Universidad Autonoma of Baja California where he has been teaching since 1990.

He has also served as a cardiologist assigned to the “5 de Diciembre” General Hospital of ISSSTE, Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico and most recently in 2004 as clinical and interventional cardiologist at the “Hospital de la Familia” in Mexicali.
